Pastime

The Computer
During the last 5 years my absolute favourite pastime has been my computer. Only during the last two years, this hobby has become an education. In 1994 I got my first Mac. To begin with I wasn't online at home, so I sat myself almost every night in the basement of the university buildings to work, chat and write mails.
In ´99 I got my first pc. And from there it all went mad:)

Look at life
My studies relating to Women and Culture Studies have given me tools to analyse the world from a more theoretical viewpoint. What is interesting here is the way people interact and act, online as well as in real life. Through this I have learned to experience everyday society from an equality viewpoint, looking at race, gender, class, age, and sexual orientation, while being able to formulate the reasons for human behaviour.

Socializing
Cyberspace and computers are not enough for me. I need my share of social life. Fortunately, I get plenty on that account through my friends and people I meet. Also, I spend a lot of time with my daughter.

Sport
I enjoy running a couple of times a week and once a week I play badminton. I love to read Science Fiction literature and humanistic articles.
